Welcome to the Andrew family homepage.
On this site you will find a snapshot of the family’s history taken from my researches
over the past dozen or so years and also some photographs of the family today.
Our family began in North Devon around the small village of Swimbridge. From there
they gradually moved into the neighbouring villages of Atherington and High
Bickington and the larger town of Barnstaple before moving to Swansea in 1800, with
at least three families making that move over a period of forty years.
Today we are well established in this “lovely ugly town” and in these pages you will
find a summary of that history.
